Qsolve is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics in our relationships
with customers, our employees and applicants. Qsolve complies by the National Privacy principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) ("the Act").

Qsolve does, from time to time, collect and use personal information. The types of personal information collected and the purposes for which that personal information will be used will depend on the circumstances.

Recruiting
We process personal data relating to applicants seeking employment solely for the purose of managing the application and recruitment process.

Types of information we collect

* information obtained to assist in managing client and other business relationships

* recruitment and placement operations
* staff management
* client and busienss relationship management

Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information for the purposes for which it is primarily held or for a related secondary purpose. In all cases we will only disclose information with your consent. We may disclose your personal information where we are under a legal duty to do so, including circumstances where we are under a lawful duty of care to disclose information.

Security
Qsolve recognises our responsibility for protecting the privacy of your personal information. Security measures are in place to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. We will review and update these measures from time to time to ensure security is maintained. We cannot guarantee security or confidentiality against all hackers, other attacks or security failures.

We will not disclose your information to any third party other than in accordance with legislation. Personal information held by us will be destroyed when it is no longer needed for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed.

Personal information  means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about a person whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from the information or opinion. It may range from the very sensitive (e.g. medical history or condition) to the everyday (e.g. address and phone number). It would include the opinions of others about your work performance (whether true or not), your work experience and qualifications, aptitude test results and other information obtained by us in connection with your possible placements.


Any person may seek access to personal information which Qsolve holds about that person and Qsolve will provide access to that information in accordance with the Act. There are certain exemptions which may apply to the provision of that information. We may charge an administration fee for granting access to information.
